塑料原材料-业务开发经理招聘 - 艾敏斯帝塑料（上海）有限公司

Responsibilities:
For our Advanced Material Business Unit, we are currently looking for highly-qualified individuals to work in the sales department. Responsibilities include：
-Ccreate and qualify new leads,
-Develop new business in line with agreed targets, esp. for medical/healthcare applications with plastics materials (Polyamide compounds, elastomers, etc.)
-Assist to develop new suppliers working together with other Sr. managers.
-Collect accounts receivables
-Communicate with superiors, colleagues and suppliers.


Requirements:
-Chinese National with fluent Mandarin, good written and spoken English is a necessity;
-Age 30 to 40;
-University degree in Chemicals or polymer science;
-Must be honest, reliable, highly motivated and able to work independently;
-At least 10 years' experience including 5 years’ technical service or marketing developing in a foreign enterprise (Plastic materials manufacturing or distribution), & familiar with plastics used in medical/healthcare will be an added advantage;
-Related working experience in market development and team management is a plus;
-Must have ability to communicate efficiently and possess excellent interpersonal skills, very good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office package, internet, email), career-minded, well organized, good coordination skills.

In your daily work you will be supported by a team of customer service staff, by technical experts and by our suppliers and colleagues overseas.
Travel activities: This position requires extensive business travel (at least 50%).
